At BeyondSqft, we aim to provide top-notch services to our clients. However, given the nature of real estate transactions and consultancy services, all fees paid for services such as consultation, marketing, property management, or other related services are non-refundable once rendered.

For service packages that are booked in advance, clients may be entitled to a refund if the services are canceled before the initiation of work. In such cases, refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 days of payment. BeyondSqft reserves the right to assess each case individually and determine the eligibility of a refund, if applicable.

Refunds, if approved, will be processed within 10-15 working business days.
